Le Brasero is a restaurant specializing in fresh meats from France, and slow-cooked, so you can enjoy a shoulder of lamb confit cooked for 4 hours.

Our meats are accompanied by fresh, worked vegetables, so if you like to eat stuffed vegetables, you're in for a treat.
